Shipping Policy

Shipping services are provided by Ukrposhta.
If you did not take the parcel and she returned to us, I will send it to you only after payment for the return shipping. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package.

We ship most of our items within 3-5 business days from receiving your payment.

Standard shipping in USA:  10-14 business days.

the cost of delivery is paid separately at Ukrposhta rates.

Customs and import taxes.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at check-out. These charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs.

You can track your orders in real time. After shipping we send the tracking number to the email address you provided in your order information.  Follow on https://track.ukrposhta.ua/tracking_EN.html and enter your tracking number.
